Pokemon Sleep Re-Revealed

Pokemon Sleep has just been re-revealed after years of silence. This comes during today's Pokemon Presents, which also reveals exactly how the longawaited Game will work. Pokemon Sleep will launch later this year. It will work alongside the new Pokemon Go Plus Plus device, which should be with us in July. RELATED: Is Pokemon Sleep Finally Waking Up? While we already knew what Pokemon Sleep would - you guessed it - monitor our sleep, we now know that it will also include a mini Pokemon adventure of its own. By getting a good night's rest, we'll help a professor study the sleep styles of various Pokemon. We'll even even bond with Pokemon who sleep in a similar manner to us, as the app categories our rest into dozing, snoozing, slumbering, and more. THEGAMER VIDEO OF THE DAY Pokemon Sleep was initially announced in 2019. But no other details about it were shared since then. However, only two days ago we reported that the Game 's l

Skyrim Player Finds Sigurd Mysteriously Dead, Prompts Whudunnit Theories

It's a lovely morning in Whiterun. You wake up invigorated by the spirit of a dragon you killed yesterday, and are ready to test out your new Shout. You stop by the blacksmith to craft 30 Iron Daggers to level up your blacksmithing, and then make your way to meet Jarl Balgruuf. Heimskr incessant praises to Talos don't seem to bother you, and no one talks about taking an arrow to the knee. It's a perfect day. That's when you see it – Sigurd's body laying on top of his wooden logs. A murder has been committed, and it was someone within Whiterun. This is more or less the same scenario that Redditor JDGumby went through during one of their recent walks around Whiterun (thanks, Game Rant). Sigurd was lying dead on his logs, but the player wasn't the one who killed him. The city doesn't have any hostile NPCs, so it's quite the mystery. Here's usually where the cello music would swell and Benoit Blac would enter, but instead, JDGumby decided to ask th

EA Survey Asks Fans If They Want More Dead Space Remakes

The video Game remake phenomenon has turned out to be a win-win for everybody. Devs get to work on a classic Game without having to worry about the story, and are also assured of a major payday, depending on the Game . Meanwhile, fans of the respective Game get to experience it all over again with current-gen upgrades, and those who missed out on the original launch get to play it without worrying about it feeling dated. The latest success story with regard to this is Dead Space. While it seems like a no-brainer, EA and Motive have not yet officially confirmed that they will be working on remakes for Dead Space 2 and 3. However, it seems that they are still testing the waters. EA has apparently sent out surveys asking if fans are interested in remakes of the other two Game s in the series. According to a Tweet by Dillon Rogers, EA has sent out a survey which asks fans if they'd like a remake of Dead Space 2 and 3. RELATED: Dead Space 2 Is Going To Be Much

Joel's Panic Attack In The Last Of Us Has Already Been Memed

The Last of Us has done a pretty fantastic job of letting us see sides to our favorite characters that we didn't get to see in the Game . The latest episode in particular gave us a closer look at the more vulnerable side of Joel, as he suffers from panic attacks due to the mental trauma he's been subjected to over the course of his life and journey with Ellie. It's an opportunity for the show to explore his sensitive side, yet the Internet has done what it does best and turned Joel's suffering into a relatable meme you'll more than likely have seen if you've been on social media recently. The meme itself is comprised of three images, each one showing Joel in a different state of panic, and folks on Twitter couldn't help but see the similarities to themselves and their daily lives (thanks Kotaku). Dark And Darker Devs Accused Of Stealing Game Assets From Nexon

Dark and Darker is still in its alpha playtest phase, but it's already generating quite a bit of buzz. The upcoming dungeon-diving fantasy adventure Game has broken 100,000 concurrent players on Steam and there are a ton of videos floating around online of the bizarre fun you can expect in the PvPvE magic-and-bow-slinging shooter. However, it seems Dark and Darker has a controversial genesis. According to a new report from Korean site ThisIs Game (via Game sRadar and this helpful Reddit translation), members of Dark and Darker developer Ironmace might have stolen code and assets from a canceled Game at Nexon. Related: This Year In Early Access Games The report notes Nexon was working on a Game called "P3" which was very similar to Dark and Darker. P3 was first announced in August 2023 as a first-person fantasy adventure Game where a group of adventurers goes dungeon diving for loot. However, that Game was eventually canceled in favor of P7, a more traditio

2023 NBA All-Star Game dubbed 'worst basketball game ever played' by Nuggets coach Michael Malone

G League call-up Mac McClung may have "saved" the NBA Slam Dunk Contest on Saturday, but it now appears the NBA All-Star Game itself is in need of saving. Team Giannis defeated Team LeBron, 184-175, on Sunday in Salt Lake City in a game that more closely resembled a layup line or shooting practice than a competitive basketball game between the world's best athletes. The Elam Ending provided a bit of drama in the fourth quarter as Team LeBron attempted to erase a 19-point deficit, but the rest of the game lacked any sort of competitiveness or edge on the defensive end of the court.  Celtics star Jayson Tatum won MVP honors after setting an All-Star Game record with 55 points, many of which came with little to no resistance. soarin' and slammin' pic.twitter.com/X2zBP4HWHw — Boston Celtics (@celtics) February 20, 2023 Denver Nuggets coach Michael Malone, who helmed

Sonic Frontiers Mod Improves Performance By Porting Over Switch Files

Sonic Frontiers is fine on PC so long as you’ve got a decent rig, but older hardware really struggles to make Sonic go fast. That’s a problem for a Game that’s all about speed, but luckily, there is now a solution. Using files from the Nintendo Switch version of Sonic Frontiers, mod maker NnandoAnimando has created new graphics options that’ll make the Game run faster on more modest PCs. Because the Switch is basically a glorified phone, Sega really had to tone down the graphics to get the Switch version to function at all, but using those humbler graphics presets can be a real boon for PC Game rs running on potatoes. Related: Fans Want To See Sonic R, Sonic The Fighters, And More In Sonic Origins Plus Like many of Sonic Frontier’s graphics options, there are two settings for bloom: low and high. Low will make visual effects like the ones surrounding Sonic during his Sonic Boom attack appear very pixilated, while the high setting makes them look a bit better.

The US Marine Corps’ AV-8B Harrier II is the most potent vehicle on the market

Image
The AV-8B was developed as a second-generation Harrier, primarily for the US Marine Corps. The Harrier II entered USMC service in 1984 and participated extensively in the 1991 Gulf ധąɾ. This aircraft is routinely deployed onboard amphibious assault ships. The Harrier II fleet, which equips seven operational squadrons, has gone through two avionics upgrades to the baseline version, and through a re-manufacturing programme. A night-attack sensor upgrade equips four squadrons. The Harrier II+, which incorporates the night-attack upgrades and the APG-65 multi-mode radar, equips two squadrons. A re-manufacture programme was intended for 72 aircraft and involved replacement of the Pegasus F402-RR-406 engine with the increased-thrust -408A version. The upgrade also included APG-65 radar, a navigation infra-red set, night vision goggles-compatible cockpit, exterior lighting, and a moving-map display. AV-8Bs are also going through an avionics upgrade with fitment of a GPS, th

A ‘real’ UFO at the Holloman Base, in a 1974 documentary

Urban legend says that at the beginning of 1971, a Mysterious plane was detected near the Holloman Air Force Base located in New Mexico. The nature of the object was not revealed, but a general consensus indicated that it was an Unidentified Flying Object. Old and controversial theories about the alleged meeting between a̳l̳i̳e̳n̳s known as “greys” and US military leaders have resurfaced because an eight-second cut in a Golden Globe-nominated documentary about U̳F̳O̳s has revealed that part of the Material is taken from the particular sighting that occurred at the US base during 1971. As revealed by Paul Shartle, the officer in charge of the Division of Special Investigations and Intelligence at Norton Air Base, in California, a U̳F̳O̳ would have been filmed with a 16mm camera by Military personnel from the Department of Defense. The beings that came down from the flying saucer (grey) held meetings inside the base for several days with Military offici

The Last Of Us "Endure And Survive" Is The Highest-Rated Episode So Far

Spoiler warning for episode five of The Last of Us. HBO’s The Last of Us broke tradition on Friday by airing episode five a few days early. That’s so the show didn’t conflict with the Super Bowl, which typically takes the vast majority of TV viewers every second Sunday in February. And it seems that might have been a smart move as episode five is now the highest-rated episode of the whole series. "Endure and Survive" has a 9.6 rating on IMDB so far. That’s higher than both the first and second episodes introducing the show, and even higher than episode four, "Please Hold to My Hand," which caused a 14-percent spike in viewers last week. Episode three, "Long, Long Time," which centered on the relationship between Bill and Frank, only has a 7.9 rating due to homophobic review bombers.
