300 Million Year Old Iron Pot Found In Coal

Image
We recently covered the astonishing discovery made deep within a coal mine under Rostov in Russia. Fortunately photographed by Mr Kasatkin, an experienced safety engineer who discovered the prints of what clearly appears to have been left by the wheels of a chariot, a chariot which once traversed the sand when it was soft, over time becoming fossilized, cast into solid rock, sandstone aged at over 300 million years old. From Mr kasatkin’s keen interest in unexplained artefacts, he had suspected that the finds could in all possibility be hidden from the public, and indeed the shafts where these clearly important finds are located was Subsequently flooded, blocking off any possible retrieval attempts. However, these seemingly impossible prints, are thankful, not the only unexplained artefacts to have been found deep within the mines of earth. Oleksandr Zinchenko sets Arsenal challenge for second half of season

Arsenal defender Oleksandr Zinchenko has challenged the Gunners to retain their mental strength and avoid fatigue heading into the second half of the campaign. Arsenal lead the Premier League as the competition prepares to return following a six-week pause for the 2022 World Cup. Mikel Arteta’s side have already played 21 games in all competitions and will play at least six games before the end of January and at least another five in February. Zinchenko, who has missed more than 10 games in his debut season as an Arsenal player because of knee and calf injuries, is confident in the team’s ability to stay physically fresh. “What I’ve seen in the past, if you have the right attitude and the right behaviour on and off the pitch, you can’t be tired physically. You can be only tired in the head - everything is coming from your head,” the player told Arsenal.com . “If you do all the things right in your routine - your sleep, your food, look after yourself well - and you do everything to pre

Splatoon's Next Splatfest Will Make Tricolour Turf War Its Own Mode

Tricolor Turf Wars was one of the big selling points for Splatoon 3. A three-way version of the regular team-based Turf Wars, adding the third team made each match an even more frenetic fight to see who could cover everything with the most ink. However, fans were disappointed to learn that Tricolor matches weren’t a guarantee, and many found themselves playing standard two-team Turf Wars rather than the new Tricolor mode. Nintendo might have just been a little gun-shy about splitting the matchmaking pools too thinly, but it seems like the Splatoon publisher has figured things out as the next Splatfest will allow players to select Tricolor Turf Wars as a unique Game mode. The announcement came courtesy of the Splatoon Twitter which confirmed Tricolor Turf Wars will be selectable midway through the next Splatfest.
