Sony Reportedly Slowed PS VR2 Production After Underwhelming Pre-Orders

The PlayStation VR 2 is all set to launch on February 22, 2023, but it may have hit a setback. Sony has re ported ly reduced the production of PS VR 2 owing to disappointing pre-orders and underwhelming demand in the VR industry. As re ported by Bloomberg, Sony has cut its forecast by around 50 percent which comes up to one million units. It previously planned around two million units for the launch quarter but has now significantly reduced its production. Bloomberg’s sources revealed that Sony contacted one of its supply partners to expect a reduction in display panel orders. According to this report, Sony now plans to ship around 1.5 million units by March 2024, which could change based on global demand. UFO that defies any explanation (video)

Here is the most unusual U̳F̳O̳ video , which is hard to believe, but it really happened. It’s 2018 and it’s a normal day in Quebec, Canada. The U̳F̳O̳ seen above Quebec City in Canada looks like it not only changes shape, it also looks like it’s either on fire or emitting some kind of energy. The video has been scrutinized by many experts and is definitely a real video. In the video, the father can be heard saying, “It’s a ship,” while his children are choking, and also saying, “It’s changed color.” Is it a ship that burns fuel as it rises into space? This is the storyteller’s question. Canada actually collects and publishes on an annual basis all reported U̳F̳O̳ sightings. There’s definitely no cheating or anything like that. We are looking at probably the first U̳F̳O̳ of this type, a kind of burning U̳F̳O̳ that moves deliberately and slowly. He turns almost methodically or deliberately, as if he wants to get a better look at something. Given that anyt

At first he thought it was a jellyfish, but upon closer inspection, he realized he had never seen this fish before. The strange creatures caught Beiler’s interest and he took pictures to share with others. These photos have reached scientists at the Scripps Institute of Oceanography, who have revealed this is a Pacific Football fish.     In an interview with local media, Beiler said that this fish is very large with a length of about 30cm. “I have never seen anything like it before. At first, I thought it was a jellyfish or something, then I looked at it a little more closely and I realized it was a fish,” Beiler told NBC 7 San Diego.   .     Scienti

Russian court shuts down country's oldest rights group

A court in Moscow has ruled to shut down Russia’s oldest human rights organization MOSCOW -- A court in Moscow on Wednesday ruled to shut down Russia's oldest human rights organization, in the latest move amid a months-long, relentless crackdown on independent media, rights group s and opposition activists. The Moscow City Court sustained the petition of Russia's Justice Ministry to close the Moscow Helsinki Group. The ministry has accused the organization of violating its legal registration in Moscow by working on human rights cases outside the Russian capital, accusations the group denounced as “minute and absurd.” The Moscow Helsinki Group was founded in 1976 and demanded freedom for political prisoners and establishment of democratic rights . One of the group’s founders was Lyudmila Alexeyeva, a human rights pioneer and dissident who challenged the Soviet and Russian regimes for decades. In 2017, on her 90th birthday, Russian President Vladimir Putin paid her a visit to

Forspoken Is The Latest Game To Not Credit Its Localisation Team

Proper crediting has been a problem in Game s recently, with The Callisto Protocol omitting 20 devs, The Last of Us TV show neglecting to credit co-creator Bruce Straley, and Persona 3 and 4 failing to credit its translators. Forspoken has now joined that list, as it mostly names translator companies and subcontractors, rather than individual names. This was pointed out by audiovisual and video Game translator Yasmina Casado González, who recently worked on the Spanish localisation of Jurassic World Evolution 2. They tweeted, "In #Forspoken you can find monsters, magic, cool abilities... but no proper credits", attaching a photo of said credits. Casemiro suspended for Man Utd's crunch trip to Arsenal

Manchester United have been dealt a huge blow ahead of Sunday’s Premier League clash with leaders Arsenal after Casemiro picked up a suspension for the crunch trip to the Emirates Stadium. Casemiro, who has made such a phenomenal impact for United since his £60m transfer from Real Madrid, was shown a fifth yellow card of the season for a cynical foul on Wilfried Zaha during Wednesday night’s 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace. Crystal Palace 1-1 Man Utd: Player ratings - Premier League United were leading 1-0 at the time and on course for what would have been a 10th consecutive win in all com Pet itions. The Brazilian immediately showed his frustration with teammate Bruno Fernandes, giving a knowing look to the United skipper after he had ducked out of a challenge a few seconds earlier that contributed to the ball breaking to an a

US citizen detained in Iran begins seven-day hunger strike

Siamak Namazi is classified as wrongfully detained by the U.S. government. He was arrested in 2015 on a business trip and accused of "colluding with an enemy state." U.S. citizen Siamak Namazi has begun a seven-day hunger strike while urging President Joe Biden to do more to bring him and other American detainees in Iran back home. Namazi began the strike Monday to mark the seventh anniversary of a prisoner swap with Iran that failed to free him. "I now know that I shouldn't get my hopes up when senior U.S. officials say that rescuing the hostages in Iran is their highest priority. Such well-intentioned statements can be repeated year after year without tangible results," Namazi said in a letter to the president, according to his family's lawyer. "Only the president of the United States has the power to bring us home, should he set his mind to do so." An undated handout photo of Siamak Namazi, who has been detained in Iran's Evin Prison, sin

Why are Chelsea signing players to long contracts?

Mykhaylo Mudryk has joined Chelsea from Shakhtar Donetsk for a fee of up to €100m on a seven-and-a-half-year contract . The first reaction to this deal may very well be: How much? Yet, the question of 'how long?' is just as important. The Boehly-Clearlake consortium forked out in excess of £4bn to acquire Chelsea Football Club in May. In the intervening seven months, the money has continued to flow at a frightening pace. Prior to Mudryk's arrival, Chelsea had already spent more than £300m on transfer fees across the summer and winter windows of the 2022/23 campaign. While the top-line cost of these players - who range from a teenage Brazilian starlet to a 33-year-old striker very much on the wane - naturally catches the eye, the unusually long duration of the contracts these players have been handed is a crucial element to Chelsea's transfer strategy. Chelsea confirm signing of Mykhaylo Mudryk from Shakhtar Donetsk Why did Mykhaylo Mudryk choose Chelsea over Arsenal?

The state House and Senate adopted rules Wednesday that say legislative privilege — a legal concept rooted in the U.S. and Georgia constitutions that says lawmakers shouldn't face questioning for activities relating to making laws — should shield communications with people outside the legislature. Most majority Republicans voted in favor and most Democrats voted against. Crucially, the language is only part of legislative rules. It’s not clear if it would hold up in court, and judges nationwide have typically lim
